How do the agents actually work?
You set up an agent for a job and brief it in your normal chat, the same way you would brief a colleague. Most businesses run several: one on bookings, one on invoices, one on sales. Each one uses the tools you connected and comes back in chat with the finished result.
Which channels do they work on?
WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Lark, Slack and Telegram, plus a web chat for your own team. You can also drop a chat widget on your website or call your agents from your systems through our API, and each agent runs on whichever channels you give it.
Do you support skills and MCP?
Yes. Skills are packaged abilities you switch on per agent, like reading invoices, booking calendars or searching the web, so each agent only gets what its job needs. MCP is an open standard for connecting your own internal tools, so if your team runs an MCP server you add it in your workspace and your agents start using it right away, with nothing to redeploy.
What can they connect to?
Odoo, Google Calendar and Drive, Gmail, HubSpot, Stripe, Shopify, Xero, SQL Account, AutoCount and more. Anything else you run in house can be connected through MCP or our API, and you decide which agents get access to what.
Do they handle Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese?
Yes. Your agents read and reply in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English, and they answer in whichever language the customer wrote in. Mixed messages, the way most people actually type here, are fine too.
Who can see my business data?
